Refund Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we are as transparent as possible when it comes to the goods that we sell. We take thorough pictures to ensure the customer knows what they are buying. If anyone is unsure about the quality of a given item, we are more than happy to give as much information as possible so you can feel confident about the product you are buying.

That being said we do not offer refunds unless the item/items become damaged during transport in which our insurance will cover the cost of the lost goods. We document the quality of every item we send out so that we can insure you receive the same quality that is pictured in our store.
